"Wow, changed rating to one star. They wanted me to put a new roof on after signing me up and canceling my previous insurance. Roof is fine and doesn’t need replacement (roofing professional agreed) it’s just BS because it’s 20yo. State Farm gave me a month to have roof replaced and set cancellation date as such if I didn’t. Then after informing me of the cancellation date Brandi wanted me to come into the office for a meeting. WASTED MY TIME, they could do nothing about it other than give me roof referrals. No thanks!!! Moved ALL my insurance elsewhere. I don’t need this and neither does anyone. Rick"
